I’m 19 years old and had sciatica for over a year. I cant deal with it. Please help?

I’ve had sciatica (trapped nerve) for over a year now. I’ve taken morphine, tramadol, co-codamol, amnitriptaline,gabapeptin, diclofenac and loads more for the pain, nothing has even touched the pain at all. I’ve had physio and various stretches, crutches etc and it only made the pain worse.The doctors refuse to do surgery because of my age. I am in pain all the time and can barely walk, i had to quit college and everything because i just cant stand up for more thaan 3-5 minutes. I’m getting a setroid epidural injection into my spine on monday but i’m scared it wont help i dont know how to deal with this anymore! I have to sit on the floor in the middle of shopping centers because its too pinful to stand, it makes me cry in public because of the pain! please help!
No i wasn’t injured, I just woke up with it one day and it got incredibly worse over the year.
