You must use care …
You must use care when you do this if you have pain from a recurring back injury. Start out with smaller towels and build up to slightly larger towels. You should not feel discomfort when you lay on the towel and you must use this technique as often as possible for maximum benefits. You can even sleep with one under your lower back if necessary. No sweetheart. I …
No sweetheart. I know heat feels good to you but ice is the protocol for pain. Also take Ibuprofen or Naproxen (or other NSAIDS) to help with the inflammation. Use them according to manufacturers directions. Another thing that might help you is stretching. I think you may have HIP pain since you say the pain is located on the side. I will be doing a new video for hip pain soon and hope it’ll help. Stay sweet. Carolyn

this looks like it works great. im gonna try this later.. i have a question.. well im 20 and i skateboard alot. so all the jumping has my lower back aching.. like more muscle on the side of my back.. would it improve my back pain and flexibility, if i did this with a heating pad on the side where the pain is.. and knocking 2 birds with 1 stone would be a plus, im tryna minimize the time b4 i can go out and skate again. .PS: i know you get this alot but your 1 Hot Momma..>!! nice legs.. ; P

Thank you. You are right about the C curve and the S curve forming later. I don’t remember exactly what I said in the video, but I do know the difference. (As a massage therapist, I hope so!) I just lose my mind temporarily at times:o) Stay sweet! Carolyn

I’ve been sleeping …
I’ve been sleeping with a towel under my back for sometime now. (off and on) It really helps, especially if you’re a back sleeper. (Sleeping on your tummy is horrible for your back and neck.. just FYI.) So glad your back is feeling better now! Hope you can get off the pain meds soon. They are good for temporary relief but shouldn’t be used long term. I don’t know what’s up with these guys either. You’d think they’d have never seen a woman’s breast’s before.. lmao! XO Carolyn

It can reverse back …
It can reverse back pain but you still need to take the necessary steps to prevent back pain in the first place. (squatting instead of bending over, sitting up properly, not picking thing up that are too heavy, etc.) Make sense? XO Carolyn
