Whenever I play hockey I get severe lower back pain. I try to stretch out as much a possible, however it get to the point where I can no longer skate. I’m wondering if this is because I haven’t played roller hockey in 5 years.
Perhaps my muscles are adjusting and/or strengthening or perhaps my posture is bad when skating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You lost me, friend. I mean, I suppose I get what youre expressing. I have an understanding of what you’re saying, but you just seem to have ignored that you can find some other people in the world who look at this matter for what it definitely is and may well not agree with you. You may possibly be turning away many of individuals who might have been followers of your blog.
