I have multiple orthopedic problems in knees with failed surgeries, L1-L5 herniated discs with severe stenosis, sciatica from left side of lower spine to left foot. Lots of drugs to manage pain. Any other solutions here. How much pain is one to have. Sometime sciatica pain is equivalent to when i Had kidney stones pass.
