I have had a pinched nerve for about two weeks in my lower back area. Sometimes I crack my back, and it feels a little better, but the pain comes back. I am 20 years old.
Is there anything I can do to heal it?
Also how long will it take for me to feel better?

OK, I have a pinched nerve running down my back, arm and part of my neck. It hurts so bad I can’t even focus on doing anything.

1 week since i got an injury. it was kind of like whiplash but not in a car, it was me breaking big tree branches and Lifting trash cans full of havy stuff. next day i had extremem neck pain couldn’t move it. now i’m better, can turn it with minimal pain but still base of neck gets some like bone pain. what to do to let it heal?
