Pain is incredibly debilitating. It takes over your whole life.
But back pain seems to be the worst, especially lower back pain. Perhaps that’s because your back supports you in everything you do, so pain there permeates everywhere.
Whatever the reason, you need to do something to manage life on a day to day basis.
Analgaesics and pain killers may (or may not) help with the pain, but they don’t do your liver a lot of good.
So what are the alternatives?
Surgery sounds risky and expensive.
Let’s look at what you’re not being told. Put your belief system on hold for a moment, while you explore a possibility.
One of the symptoms that occur for a lot of back pain sufferers is the pain on the slightest movement. Lying down in bed, absolutely motionless, provides the most relief.
Lying on your back, and so putting pressure on it, also affords you some relief.
But you can’t live like that.
The origin of your pain may have been over straining your back, or even an injury.
But one thing for sure is that the pain makes you irritable, if not down right angry.
